I’m reaching out because you might know someone who’d be a great fit for what we’re building.

Three years ago, Edens View Coaching and Consulting was me, a laptop, and a conviction that leaders in ministry and business spaces deserved better development. Today we’re running coaching engagements, leading a growing Leadership Accelerator Program with the Greek Orthodox Church, and producing content that’s reaching leaders I’ve never met. The mission is working. The demand is outpacing what our current team can sustain.

So we’re hiring.

Executive Assistant:

Someone already proficient in ClickUp or similar project management tools to own daily operations: inbox processing, session notes, calendar management, travel coordination. This is critical path work.

Content Coordinator:

An expert in social media tools who takes our raw content (transcripts, drafts, ideas) and turns it into polished, published materials across multiple channels.

Both roles require comfort with AI as infrastructure, not enhancement. We use Claude extensively. We automate what can be automated.
